HER Asphalt stands behind our work with a standard one-year workmanship warranty on our newly paved surfaces. We back the compaction, base preparation, and surface installation we perform.
This warranty addresses workmanship-related concerns — problems determined to result from HER Asphalt's installation work. It is not a lifetime or unlimited warranty, and it does not cover every possible form of damage.
WHAT WORKMANSHIP COVERAGE MEANS
Our one-year workmanship warranty means we stand behind the quality of our installation. If a concern is determined to result from our workmanship, we will address it directly.
Workmanship-related concerns can include issues such as improper compaction, base or workmanship issues, installation-related surface defects, or premature wear caused by workmanship.
EXAMPLES OF WORKMANSHIP-RELATED CONCERNS
- Improper compaction affecting the finished surface
- Base or workmanship issues related to our installation
- Installation-related surface defects
- Premature wear determined to result from workmanship
OUTSIDE / EXTERNAL DAMAGE.
Our workmanship warranty does not cover damage caused by factors outside our installation work. Examples of external, non-workmanship damage include:
- Snowplow damage to the pavement surface or edges
- Oil or fluid spills from vehicles
- Outside damage from third parties or external forces
Our workmanship warranty is not a lifetime, unlimited, or "everything covered" warranty. It addresses concerns determined to result from HER Asphalt's installation work.

If you notice a concern with a surface we installed, contact HER Asphalt directly. We'll review the issue and determine whether it relates to our workmanship.
