In an industry frequently dominated by middleman sales reps and subbed-out crews, HER Asphalt was founded on a very different premise: direct owner involvement from initial site inspection through the final roller pass. It's a family operation — Betsy leads alongside her four sisters, so ownership, accountability, and pride stay close to every jobsite.
Betsy Stanley grew up surrounded by paving machinery, learning early that longevity comes from what's underneath—proper sub-base preparation, true grade slopes, and correct asphalt mix temperature. With more than ten years of hands-on paving leadership, Betsy ensures every job meets rigorous standards.
